🚚 Delivery Terms

Orders are delivered to your office address on the same business day. Standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes after order confirmation. Delivery is available within Limassol city area. The minimum order value and delivery fee (if applicable) are shown in the Telegram bot before checkout. All prices are in EUR (€).

↩️ Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order at no charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations after this cutoff may not be accepted if preparation has started. If your order is incorrect or items are missing upon delivery, contact us within 2 hours via Telegram or phone and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

🔒 Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (Telegram user ID, delivery address, order details). Your data is never sold to third parties. Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider and we do not store card details. By using our service you agree to these terms. 💳 Payments

Payments are accepted via card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in EUR (€). Your card details are handled by our certified payment provider and are never stored on our servers. A receipt is sent automatically after each successful payment.
