Newbie Lunch is operated by Newbie Catering Ltd, Reg. ΗΕ 429627, Koutsoventi 2, Agios Athanasios 4101, Limassol, Cyprus. By placing an order, you agree to the menu, prices, delivery details, minimum order amount and payment terms shown before checkout. All prices are in EUR (€).
🚚 Delivery Terms

Orders are delivered to your office address on the same business day. Standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes after order confirmation. Delivery is available within the Limassol city area. The minimum order value and delivery fee (if applicable) are shown in the Telegram bot before checkout.
⏱️ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at no charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations after this cutoff may not be accepted if preparation has started. To request cancellation, contact us via Telegram or phone as soon as possible.
↩️ Return & Refund Policy

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or items are missing upon delivery, contact us within 2 hours via Telegram or phone. We will arrange a replacement or a full or partial refund where appropriate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed within 5–10 business days.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (Telegram user ID, delivery address, order details). Your data is never sold to third parties. Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider and we do not store card details. For data inquiries contact alevenbook@gmail.com.

Payments are accepted via card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in EUR (€). Your card details are handled by our certified payment provider and are never stored on our servers. A receipt is sent automatically after each successful payment.
